Uppsalahem is Uppsala's leading housing company with approximately 300 dedicated employees managing our portfolio of around 18,000 apartments. With us, you will work with something that is most significant for people, their homes.

We are a wonderful team taking care of residential areas around Uppsala. We are now looking for you who want to join us from April 1 to September 30 (6 months) and create pleasant and well-maintained living environments for our tenants. You will have great freedom to plan your work independently. You will mostly work independently, but sometimes we help each other with our areas.

As a seasonal worker, you will primarily work with outdoor maintenance where some of your tasks include:

• Lawn mowing

• Trimming

• Maintenance pruning of shrubs and plants

• Weed control

• Waste management and removal of bulky waste

• Cleaning of laundry rooms and waste rooms

You will often use garden machinery to assist you. Internal maintenance of stairwells, waste rooms, and common areas is also part of the job. The work is physically demanding, and we are outside in all weather.

To succeed in the role of a seasonal worker, we see that you have:

• A completed high school education in park/garden or property management.

• Driver's license B (manual)

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

We would also like you to have experience with similar tasks and be accustomed to using garden machinery.

You will be Uppsalahem's face to the public, so it is important that you have a high level of service with the ability to see and meet our tenants' needs. As a person, you take your own initiative and enjoy active work. For you, it is natural to collaborate while also enjoying working independently.
